Exploring movement from different perspectives is the ‘journey’ of the workshop! Different classes will be offered to get to know and/or improve the world of inversions.
We will be working on diversified proposals from handstand and flexibility lessons to Acroyoga lessons, from movement research to couple basic Acrobalance.
