Embodied Teacher is a program Illona build for teachers who wish to deepen their transmission of Yoga – this unifying practice. But is well aware that we can only share what we know. Therefore when embarking on the Embodied Teacher Program you will not only get a training but an experience!

This training will give you:
New depth in your awareness of yoga + renewed sense of purpose and new tools to cope with students + understanding of subtle bodies and use of energetics in class + meditation & practices + workshop on beliefs system and tools to cultivate our future.

PRE-REQUISITES

Completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance recognition optional, but necessary if you wish to add the 40hrs credit from this training).

Minimum of 3 months teaching experience.

Be prepared for open learning and sharing with the group (limited to 6 trainees).

Commit to attending all sessions, including 2 online zoom meetings scheduled on the 01.04 & 13.05

The training starts on the 10th of April at 5pm and finishes on the 14th at 4pm.

Illona is a passionate of growth and evolution – she believes that we all are healthy and happy above all, and encourages people in this direction.
She’s a continuous learner and has qualifications in positive psychology, energy work, yoga and other wellness modalities. She has been offering classes since 2016 and runs her own International retreats since 2020.
She’s read countless self helps book, met leaders in the field of personal cultivation and embraces the essences of what she gets from this journey through her classes, retreats and trainings.
