Join Floripa Yoga & Kitesurf House at the stunning “Blue Flag” beach in Sicily for a transformative program of Aerial Yoga, in-studio workshops, and plenty of time to spend in contact with nature. This course is open to yoga teachers and yoga enthusiasts.
This 40-hour module program is an in-depth, although fun teacher training for passionate practitioners & yoga teachers that want to deepen into Aerial Yoga potential.
Cami and Eva will guide you through an 8 days Intensive Teachers Training.

The tools to create sequences that focus on the importance of safety and awareness of the needs of the individuals,
Students will also learn how to set up their hammocks so they may potentially use them as they wish after they leave the TT
Daily “physical practice and assist” will strengthen your body while also learning safe hands-on, which provides with the unique components of our program. The opportunity to assist in the classes will support your understanding and give you a close look at the diversity of the students’ bodies and how we all move differently which shall be respected to gain most of the practice for the students.
Each day we are giving a safe space to dive into lectures from anatomy and biomechanics to ethics as well as Pranayama so that when leaving our program you feel confident and comfortable teaching.
On the last day we will be doing our practicum breaking a full class into sections so that each student can teach a portion of the class.
When completed the exams you receive a certificate of completion. If you are already existing yoga teacher (completed 200hrs education), if exams completed successfully you can count 40hrs Aerial Yoga towards your YACEP education.

Requirements: If wanting to teach Aerial yoga the min requirement is completed 200hrs YTT. Otherwise min. 1 year experience with yoga (if for own self-development)

Please note on arrival day there is an opening circle, and on leaving day there is a closing circle. Please plan to reach the location of the training by 4 p.m. on the first day, and leave after 11 a.m. on the last day.
With more than 14 years of yoga experience and 7 years in aerial yoga, Cami is a knowledgeable instructor who will help you go deeper within the practice. You will obtain a certificate after completing the course requirements that will allow you to begin instructing aerial yoga worldwide.
Eva Drabkova is the main teacher of Floripa Yoga & Kitesurf House and has been brought into Aerial from Cami who shared her passion with her.
Eva (E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP), originally from finance and banking, has become passionate for any physical movement (karate, dance and Yoga) from the very young age. Traveling to India revealed her that Yoga goes way beyond physical practise and it has become a way of her life.
