Take your practice to the next level with this retreat specifically designed for advanced practitioners/ teachers. If are already a yoga teacher, and you are interested in the possibility of collecting 80 hrs CEUs this will be an option too (please click here to see the full schedule for teachers).

Sample daily schedule

  • 07:30 – 08:30 | Breakfast
  • 09:00 – 11:30 | Morning advanced Vinyasa flow class
  • 13:00 – 15:30 | Lunch
  • 17:00 – 18.15 | Workshops on specific families of asana, or Backbend Mysore style class (every other day)
  • 18:30 – 20:00 | Yin Yoga
  • 20:00 – 21:00 | Dinner
