Eva Drabkova is the main teacher of Floripa Yoga & Kitesurf House.

Eva  (E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP), originally from finance and banking, has become passionate for any physical movement (karate, dance and Yoga) from the very young age. Traveling to India revealed her that Yoga goes way beyond physical practise and it has become a way of her life.

During the season at Floripa she teaches Bhakti Prema Yoga and Yin Yoga and in summer months SUP Yoga classes. Her morning classes are dynamic, allowing to cultivate body and breath awareness. Practice gradually builds up towards challenging poses with respect to individual needs. Each class focuses on different body area and connects with certain theme to grow not only physically. Relaxing Yin classes focus on flexibility and are themed around Chakras and Meridians to enhance flow of energy in the body through variety of sequences of poses. Classes are enriched by pranayama (breath work) and meditation practice. In summer months you can also join her for playful SUP yoga (yoga on Stand-Up-Paddle board) on the beautiful sea at the beach near Floripa. This unusual practice develop your strength, sense of equilibrium, concentration and reconnect you back to the nature.

If you are looking for an individual approach, reach her for your private class, customized according to the need for development in your own practice.

In winter months (before Covid) she used to travel to India for further studying of Yoga and Ayurveda. Currently she continues to study online, mostly psychology and coaching (student of CoActive Institute and Maharshi International university). Apart from passion for traveling and psychology, she loves kiteboarding and kitesurfing.
