Daily practice sessions and workshops are designed to help yoga students who wish to get more of yoga’s benefits in their daily life and to help yoga teachers better understand the resilience building aspects of yoga so they can share them with their students.
Yoga teachers are eligible for 20 continuing education contact-hours through Yoga Alliance.
