Description:You will have the chance to discover smells and flavours of the pastthrough recipes transmitted during the centuries and to learn the history and the culture of Sicilian cooking. The cooking lesson will take place at an historical noble Villa dated back to the beginning of the XIX century, in its loggia/veranda or, as an alternative, in the dining room. After the cooking class, you will taste all the prepared dishescoupled with local and selfmade wines. The dishes you may prepare belong toSicilian and Ragusa tradition.Some examples: “arancini” (fried balls), “focaccia” modica style, ricotta cheese ravioli with pork sauce, “caponata” modica style (fried aubergines), fritters with almonds, honey and ricotta cheese.
