Your Yoga holiday

At Floripa Yoga & Kitesurf House you can enjoy an amazing relaxing yoga escape full of fun, relaxation and delicious vegetarian food in a beautiful setting in the south of Sicily.

We offer ongoing yoga holidays from March till November. There are no fixed arrival and departure dates, so you can simply come any time you need to recharge your batteries, and for as long as you please.

Every day enjoy a morning class at 8.00 am and an afternoon class at 6 pm. Upon request, during the week we offer different workshops, on topics such as arm-balances, inversions, backbends, and yoga anatomy. SUP-Yoga classes (yoga on Stand-Up-Paddleboard) can be booked as an extra, depending on the sea condition.

All our classes are taught by international teachers (in English) in a variety of styles: Vinyasa flow, Prana Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin yoga.

Furthermore, from April to November we organize special event with guest teachers.

Teacher Trainings

We offer 250 hrs and 300 hrs Teacher Training programs registered with Yoga Alliance that can be taken as separate modules.

Our 250 hrs is constituted by 2 residential modules of 100 hrs: “Path to Yoga” in April, and “Integration” in October. The remaining 50 hrs are constituted by a 20 hrs online Functional Anatomy course and 30 hrs homework and mentoring. You can take both modules to become a certified teacher, or just one of them to take your first steps in the path of Yoga.

Our 300 hrs course can be build up by taking different modules depending on your interests: Sequencing, Anatomy and Somatics, History and Philosophy, Kirtan, and Hands-on Adjustments. Again, you can also just join us for the individual modules that will grant you CEUs (Continuing Education Training) with Yoga Alliance.
