Why this Training

This intensive is a progressive immersion into Acroyoga, movement, and recovery, designed around the rhythm of a Sicilian summer.

You’ll train deeply in the mornings, integrate in the afternoons, and restore in the evenings — all in a supportive community by the sea at Floripa.

It’s a chance to:

First day  - Friday 2 August — Arrival & Soft Landing

Afternoon: Arrival & check-in

15:30 – 17:30Movement Training & Partnering (2h)

o Content: soft mobility, locomotion, weight sharing, safe falling, basic partnering communication

18:00 – 19:30Yin Yoga (evening class)

21:45 – 23:15Thai Massage Practice — Evening (1h30)

Second Day - Saturday 3 August — Inversions + Acro Flow

07:45 – 09:15Vinyasa (90 min)

11:00 – 13:00Inversions — Foundations (2h)

o Crow, Side Crow, Tripod headstand, Pincha preparations, spotting

13:00 – 15:00 — Lunch + beach / rest

15:00 – 17:30Acroyoga — Flow (2h30)

o L-base transitions, washing-machine sequences, flow creation

18:00 – 19:30Yin Yoga (evening class)

• Evening: BARBECUE

Third Day - Sunday 4 August — Icarians (Dynamic) + Physio Tools

07:45 – 09:15Vinyasa (90 min)• 11:00 – 13:30Acroyoga — Icarians (2h30)

o Dynamic popping drills, timing, base/spotter mechanics

13:30 – 15:30 — Lunch + beach / rest

15:30 – 17:00Physio Tools for Yoga & Acrobatics (1h30)

o Shoulder stability, wrist conditioning, hip resilience, daily routines

18:00 – 19:30Yin Yoga (evening class)

Evening : PIZZA NIGHT

Fourth day -  Monday 5 August — Handstand and Beach session

07:45 – 09:15Vinyasa (90 min)

11:00 – 13:00Handstand — Advanced (2h)

o Line & alignment drills, wall progressions, freestanding entries,

partner spotting

13:00 – 15:30 — Lunch + long beach / rest (extended recovery window)

16:00 – 17:30 — Photo shooting at the beach

18:00 – 19:30Yin Yoga (evening class)

21:45 – 22:30Yoga Nidra (45 min)

o Evening guided integration & closing practice

Fifth Day - Tuesday 6 August —  Standing / Dance Lifts & Departure

Morning: 11:00 – 13:30 — Standing Acroyoga and Dance lifts + Closing Ceremony
