As a yoga teacher and a coach, we passionately believe in prioritising rest, self compassion and checking in with what you uniquely need to move forward.
During this weekend intensive we’ll be offering practices and workshops to empower you to balance your nervous system and reorient towards the goals you hold closest to your heart - your sankalapas.
Within a supportive and compassionate group setting, you’ll explore what’s been holding you back from living in alignment with your intentions. We’ll look at mindset, the nervous system, habits and accountability.
Then, from a place of calm and clarity, you’ll be supported to map out your unique way forward.
You’ll leave with a clear plan, grounded motivation and a new group of cheerleaders to help you along the way.
