Two daily yoga classes – yang and yin yoga- each day connected to one element from Chinese medicine (earth, fire, water, wood and metal)
Daily lectures on the Meridian system from Traditional Chinese medicine
Learning about the wheel of the 5 elements, their emotions and correlation to the practice of yin yoga
Daily Pranayama and Meditation practice
Integration with somatic release practices and modern psychology
Afternoon Yin Yoga asana lab – a detailed exploration of yin poses and their modifications as well as the use of props.
Learning about the fascia system and skeletal variations to recognise the difference between tension and compression
Connecting with your deeper self, building up self-awareness of the physical, energetic, emotional, and mind-body relation
Creation of community of like-minded people

Who is this for

This YTT is for you, if:

You wish to learn about the Meridian System, 5 element theory and how to incorporate these in your yin yoga practice and teaching.
You want to learn Yin archetypes and poses and their modifications with the use of props.
You’re ready to deepen your connection to your body, exploring it’s biomechanical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
You crave meaningful connections, a chance to step out of your comfort zone, and opportunities to expand yourself being held in softness.
You love Yin Yoga and want to learn this modern and complementary practice on a deeper level.
You aim to build upon existing yoga experience and knowledge either for self-development or to gain a 50hrs Yoga Alliance Diploma of Continuing Education
