Illona is a wellbeing practitioner whose work is deeply inspired by nature, movement and conscious living. She believes that true wellbeing is born when we slow down, reconnect with ourselves and remember the beauty of being fully alive. Through her work, she creates spaces where people feel safe to explore, realign and rediscover their inner strength—with lightness, presence and joy.
Her journey into yoga and holistic living began in 2016 in Ubud, Bali, where a Yoga Teacher Training became a powerful process of personal transformation, integrating physical practice, emotional awareness and inner exploration. This experience shaped her approach to wellbeing as something experiential, embodied and deeply human.
Over the years, Illona has continued to expand her knowledge through Holistic Nutrition, Yoga and Positive Psychology, while traveling extensively across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Back in Switzerland, she integrated a grounded lifestyle with continuous education in energy healing and personal development, strengthening her ability to guide others with depth and sensitivity.
Today, Illona lives a nomadic life, facilitating holistic retreats, teaching in-person and online classes, and guiding transformational experiences in inspiring locations. She is currently deepening her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, bringing ancient wisdom into a modern, integrative approach to wellbeing.
Moving between Europe and Mauritius, Illona feels at home in places where nature, movement and simplicity meet—creating retreats that invite participants to reconnect with their bodies, embrace beauty and return to a more balanced, conscious way of living.
