Eva's passion for movement since childhood led her to discover yoga, a practice that transformed her understanding of body and mind connection. With years of travel into India and Asia, she's delved into yoga's historical roots and integrated it with findings of modern science. 

Her Vinyasa classes offer a creative mandala sequence with emphasis on conscious movement, accompanied by philosophy and mantra chanting with harmonium. Yin classes are enriched by modern and traditional teachings about the mind and consciousness (neuroscience, Veda and Non-dual Tantra). Through a variety of meditation techniques, Eva enables students to explore the capabilities of the mind and the impacts of meditation on physiology and the nervous system.

Her Teacher Trainings are focused on self-exploration of physical and mental capabilities. Enriched by teachings from Non-Dual Tantra, Ayurveda, and Consciousness based technologies, you will start to experience great shifts in your everyday life, helping to maintain your practice when back home.
