Giulia

Isceri

Giulia is a blend of an organized Swiss mindset and the passionate, spontaneous spirit of Southern Italy, always guided by emotion.
She became a yoga teacher at Floripa in 2021, during the uncertainty of the pandemic. After years spent traveling the world as a professional figure skater and movement artist, the global pause brought her onto the mat, where she realized that years of athleticism hadn’t meant truly knowing her body, a discovery that challenged her, yet awakened curiosity and deepened her self-awareness.
Drawing from her multidisciplinary background, she approaches teaching with an open heart, always seeking new ways to move, feel, and share. Creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere is essential to her: an invitation for people to explore movement, meet themselves on different layers, and connect more deeply with the richness of the practice.
Today, she weaves together yoga and choreography to guide athletes and practitioners in reconnecting with their bodies with awareness and cultivating a home for creative self-expression.
